What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via iDeal and payments with credit cards.
How do you ship the orders?
Our packages are shipped via PostNL. Keep track of the latest status by
PostNL App to download on your phone. Once payment is received, the
items shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day for shipments within
Netherlands. Orders are packaged discreetly, without it being visible on the outside that
they come from Chawa.eu
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, and delivery is by PostNL
place from Monday to Saturday. Please note: delivery time varies depending on
when you order and when payment is received. Unless a product is out of stock
If you have placed an order, you will usually receive your order within 1 day to 1 week after receipt of payment.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping from a certain order amount:
Netherlands & Belgium
Orders over ā¬29,- Free shipping, otherwise ā¬4.95 shipping costs.
Germany
Orders over ā¬39,- Free shipping, otherwise ā¬4.95 shipping costs.
France & Austria
Orders over ā¬49,- Free shipping, otherwise ā¬6.95 shipping costs.
Rest of Europe
Orders over ā¬69,- Free shipping, otherwise ā¬9.95 shipping costs.
What are the delivery times?
Within the Netherlands you can expect your package within 1-2 business days after payment. If you
in Belgium, Germany or France, it will take 2 to 3 working days after payment. For other
European countries, the delivery time after payment is 4-5 working days. Please note that we
do not ship products outside Europe. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you
an email when your order is shipped.
Can I return my order?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period for all your purchases, which means that within this period you have the right to return the items in their original packaging without any obligation. The returned items may not be used or damaged, and you must follow all conditions for returns. Return costs are at your own expense, and the cooling-off period starts the day after delivery.
If you have ordered/received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service. To report a return, please contact our customer service.
My order/product is broken, missing or damaged
We take responsibility for damaged and missing items. This
means that you can return the damaged items. In case of missing items
We will initiate an investigation together with the shipping company concerned.
Please contact our customer service via email or app and send photos along with the
order number of the damaged or defective item. This way we can help you immediately
to assist.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a track and trace code from PostNL with which you can track your order at all times.
